Nevada Watch Repair never charges for estimates. What we offer are firm quotes rather than estimates. The amount that is on the quote is what you will pay; there are no surprises.
For watches brought in or sent to us for service, we will issue a firm quote for the cost of the service, including any necessary parts, as well as return delivery by the U.S. Postal Service.
We have posted typical pricing for various types of service on specific pages of the website (see Mechanical, Quartz, Vintage, and Antique) in order that our customers may have a basic knowledge of our pricing. The posted prices represent what is normally charged for that particular service. If repair parts are needed, then of course the price will increase. All of this will be communicated to you, including the cost of return delivery, with our quote.
If you are unsure of the category that your watch fits into, do not hesitate to send or bring the watch to us for a no obligation quote. We are pleased to offer the service.
When you receive the quote for servicing your watch, no work will be performed until you accept the quote. In the event that you decline our quote, you are only obligated to pay for the return delivery of your watch, which is no more than the amount that the U.S. Postal Service charges us for postage and insurance based upon the value of your watch.
